Me and John are really loveing it here in Canada. Words can’t describe how beautiful it is here, but hopefully pictures can.
On day 9 I helped Amber making ice cream and butter from fresh cows milk. How awesome is that? It tastes way better than store bought if I migth add.
Up here everything is self substantial and I love that fact. Just what we are planning on doing when we get home. And the reminder on the fridge showes the rigth attitude.
Allthough rainy there’s still heeps to do arround here and we enjoy keeping busy. Bubbles the cow doesn’t seam to enjoy the rain that much though.
The pigs on the other hand do!
And the goat’s just mind their own business.
But I think John got a little bit to much mud and rain for a day, trying to fix the car. They kinda fixed it, so it wasn’t for nothing.
But hey, he’s still smiling so it can’t be that bad.
Lucy just enjoys sleeping everywhere she can find a shelter. Having all of these dogs arround us all the time makes it a little bit easier to not miss Lady all that much. Even though we sure do miss her, we could never replace her with another dog. But she’s in good hands at home in The Faroe Islands.
We can’t help feeling a little bit hill billy looking. Wearing dirty and smelly clothing most of the time. But I guess everything else would just look stupid, being on a farm and all. Though I try ti change into something more decent when I’m working inside the house.
All in all just another beautiful rainy day here in Canada.
