Day 21 and 22 <3

Actually the weather has been wonderful the last couple of days, so most of our time has been speant outdoors.

Feeding the Goats. This time grandpa brought them a giant tree to eat, as goats love eating trees.

But the most exiting thing was going on yet another ride, this time John wanted to come to.

image

It’s a huge step for him since he was a bit afraid of horses prior to our arrival here.

image

But he decided to face his fear and try it out, to see what all my fuss was about. We made a deal, that if he didn’t like it or fealt unsafe we would turn arround and I would have a halter on his horse.

image

But you know what? He did it, all by himself. And was actually a really good rider, I wouldn’t have guessed it was his first time on a horse. Maybe he’s just a natural talent in riding?

We went for a 1 hour ride through the woods and yet again it was beautiful and the weather was perfect.

image

I was riding Ben this time, wich we think is a former dressage horse. He sure seams to have it in him. Unfortunately he has some sort of injury so he can’t come for to long rides. But oh how he loves when someone is taking him for a ride. And so far he’s my favorite.

John was riding Curly and they were a really good team.

image

I am really glad this worked out and that John now has an interest in riding. He says we might even get a horse for our selves sometime. How awsone is that?

But for now we will stick with Ben and Curly.

image

They are really good and well trained horses. And we will be able to ride them for two more weeks.

Not alk the time of course. They need some rest too.
