Me and John just moved into an old farmhouse appartment in Æðuvík while waiting on our house to get done. And lucky for us the appartment is rigth next door to our house.
The appartment is very small but cozy and romantic. The bed as you can see is very tightly fitted. It was in the bedroom when we moved in and mooving it is unthinkable.
Living in The Faroe Islands I feel that it’s important to have as many light colors as possible, white in particular. We need something to light up our place in the dark winters.
Even lady has her own little nook in the bedroom.
Even our kitchen is inspired by all whites.
And some antiques decorate our home too.
And last but not least lots of candles. We try to save money on oil and electricity by useing candles – and for some romance.
We have a spectacular view from our bed too, but I think that deserves a blog on it’s own.
